Recently I went to my native Place. I got chance to enter into Dryfish Mandi. There I saw the popular Kolli karuvadu, the Hero of this blog. This is special karuvadu available only during Aadi season, like Aadi thallupadi.
But its my fortune to get this precious tasty dry fish one month before Aadi.
This brought me the memories of my mother, though she doen't like any Non veg smell including Egg, this is exceptional for her.
Even I thought about fighting with my brother and cousins for getting Head part, while cleaning this.
I will post about how to make thokku using this , I Missed Oil and salt in this Pic.
